The John Deere Classic will take place at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Ill., this week. Here's how the PGATOUR.COM experts sized up the top contenders:

SLEEPER PICKS
How it works: Our 10 experts from PGATOUR.COM select any player who isn't ranked in the top 30 of the FedExCup rankings, the Official World Golf Ranking and the Race to Dubai. The player also must not have won in 2008 or 2009. By using a draft process, no two picks can be the same.

BRYCE MOLDER. It seems I am far better at expert picks than I am at sleepers, so this week I'm going with the hot sleeper hand. His last four starts? Ties for 23rd, second and 19th as well as a solo fourth. Let's see if he can make something happen for both of us.
Ryan
Smithson
WOODY AUSTIN. Woodrow's had a decent year. He ranks in the top 100 in every stat known to man. Plus he tied for ninth at TPC Deere Run last year.
T.J.
Auclair
BRAD ADAMONIS. He was my sleeper here last year and didn't let me down, coming up just short in a playoff. This is just his second season on TOUR, but he has made a career in the pros by grinding it out. He's due for a win and few are more deserving.

McMurry
CAMERON BECKMAN. After tying for seventh at last week's AT&T National, Beckman has confidence heading into the John Deere Classic, where he tied for 12th in 2008.
Lauren
Deason
BRANDT SNEDEKER. Déjà vu for Sneds? In 2005, he struggled due to a rib injury, then he healed and returned stronger than ever. This year, hindered by an injured rib, he had missed nine cuts in 13 starts before last week's T5. His second comeback is beginning.
John
Swantek
DAVID DUVAL. Double D is not all the way back, but he's getting closer to the form that brought him the No. 1 world ranking a decade ago. He walked away from Bethpage with a new level of confidence.
Brian
Wacker
JASON DAY. The young Aussie will be happy to see TPC Deere Run after missing the cut at difficult Congressional. Day has shown flashes this year with a pair of top-5s, including a solo fourth at Colonial. Not sure he'll win, but a top-10 is certainly possible.
Mark
Spoor
MATT BETTENCOURT. He's got three top-11 finishes in his past four starts, including an impressive top-10 run at the U.S. Open a couple of weeks ago. He's been knocking on the door. Maybe he can knock it down this week.
Mike
McAllister
J.P. HAYES. OK, so J.P. Hayes has missed four consecutive cuts in recent weeks. BUT, he's got a win, a runner-up, a T9 and a T15 at the John Deere Classic. If that's not the definition of a sleeper pick, I don't know what is.

DANNY LEE. I thought about picking him last week, and should have after he tied for seventh. The young Korean Kiwi admittedly needs seasoning, but he's shown he can play with the world's best so let's see what he can do in this birdie-fest at TPC Deere Run.

LAST WEEK: John Swantek earned 135 points when his sleeper pick, Bryce Molder, finished solo fourth at the AT&T National. Each week, we'll update the standings based on the FedExCup points accumulated by the players selected by our experts. Here's how it stands after Week 26:
